Primary School Teacher Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Primary School Teacher to join our team at GSL Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to support student learning and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Assess student progress regularly and use data to inform instructional decisions.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification preferred).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting (ECTs encouraged to apply).
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £125-£230 per day (£24,375 - £44,850 annual), depending on experience and qualifications, plus access to a comprehensive CPD training library, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and opportunities for continuous professional development and advancement.
