About This Opportunity

The Faculty of Science and Engineering at Bluetownonline is seeking a Deputy Dean (Education) to provide collaborative leadership in student experience and outcomes, portfolio diversification, and innovation in education.

This is a senior leadership position within the Faculty Executive team, contributing to Faculty-wide and University-level planning and development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership in higher education, academic planning, and quality assurance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in student experience and outcomes
  • Contribute to Faculty-wide and University-level planning and development
  • Manage academic planning and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Relevant Honours degree or professional qualification
  • PhD or Professional Doctorate
  • Senior Fellowship of the HEA
