Job Title: Leadership Development Trainer

Estimated Salary:

£43,542 - £49,753 per annum

About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to undertake a challenging role that requires designing and delivering leadership training. The successful candidate will be required to utilise Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to create, amend, and organise their workload of training.

The role involves delivering leadership training to newly promoted Sergeants and Inspectors, as well as support staff equivalents. Additionally, the candidate will provide training skills via an existing college of policing course to newly appointed police trainers.

Key Responsibilities
  • To design and deliver leadership training courses to promote personal growth and development.
  • To develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our force.
  • To work closely with other teams to ensure effective delivery of training services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering classroom-based training and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • A level 4 CET qualification is highly desirable but not essential. Training would be provided for the right candidate.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to produce a short example training input and participate in a training situational assessment.
