Leadership and Development Trainer Vacancy

Salary Range:

£43,542 - £49,753 per year

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality leadership training to our officers. As a leadership development trainer, you will design and deliver training programs that promote personal growth and development.

You will work closely with other teams to ensure effective delivery of training services and develop training programs that meet the needs of our force. In addition, you will provide training skills via an existing college of policing course to newly appointed police trainers.

Main Responsibilities
  • To design and develop leadership training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our officers.
  • To deliver training sessions that are engaging, informative, and relevant to the needs of our officers.
  • To collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of training services.

The ideal candidate will possess a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Requirements
  • A level 4 CET qualification is highly desirable but not essential. Training would be provided for the right candidate.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to produce a short example training input and participate in a training situational assessment.
