About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team as an Audit and Accounts Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing audits at client premises, supervising junior staff, and communicating with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

This role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audits at client premises
  • Develop and implement effective audit strategies
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • ACCA/ACA qualification
  • Strong computer skills and up-to-date knowledge in accounting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in managing and speaking to clients
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently
