Payroll Operations Manager

**Job Title:** Payroll Operations Manager - EMEA
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to lead our UK and EMEA payroll function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional payroll services to our internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the payroll team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payrolls.
- Implement new payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including GDPR and data protection regulations.
**Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of UK and EMEA payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
