We are looking for an experienced Payroll Management Professional to join our team at Strutt & Parker LLP. As a key member of our accounting services team, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clients, including payroll functions, bank reconciliations, and BACS payment files.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes, including data entry, posting, and maintenance of client payroll records.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be self-motivated, able to prioritize workload effectively, and willing to undertake Continuous Professional Education in matters related to payroll.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health and wellbeing support, pension scheme, and bonus scheme.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial operations of clients, including payroll functions, bank reconciliations, and BACS payment files

Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a payroll function
  • Knowledge of Brightpay payroll software advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Self-motivation and ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Willingness to undertake Continuous Professional Education
