**Job Description:** Strategic Payroll Specialist

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional payroll services to our internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our payroll function.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on payroll-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of UK and EMEA payroll laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

**Estimated Salary:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
