Sales and Business Growth Manager

We are partnering with a leading provider of innovative communication solutions specialising in cloud-based technology, data networks, and managed services. With a strong focus on delivering tailored solutions for both the private and public sectors, they help businesses streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and drive growth through cutting-edge technology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the public sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 + Double OTE is on offer, making this an exciting opportunity for results-driven sales professionals to make a real impact in the public sector, especially in the Education space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the public sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and respond to public sector tenders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Report on sales performance and maintain accurate revenue forecasts.
