About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Sales Growth Executive to join our team at Venatu Recruitment Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence within the engineering recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Strong Relationships – Develop strong connections with decision-makers in the engineering industry, from manufacturers to suppliers, and establish Venatu as their preferred recruitment partner.
  • Drive Sales Growth – Identify and target new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Strategize and Lead – Create and implement business development strategies to drive growth within the engineering sector.
  • Client-Centric Approach – Ensure exceptional service and understanding of client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
