We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at MaxAd Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic account management and new business development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong understanding of the construction industry, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be responsible for developing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on our products and services.

Salary and Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Growth Specialist to join our growing team. The base salary is £28,500 per annum, plus a bonus scheme and great benefits including life insurance, private medical insurance, and regular team events.
