Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our expanding Public Sector team, focusing on the Education sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the public sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and respond to public sector tenders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Report on sales performance and maintain accurate revenue forecasts.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience (SaaS experience is desirable).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Full UK driving license is required.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Double OTE
