Our Corporate Finance Team

Our Corporate Finance team is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals who provide independent mid-market advice to a wide range of clients across various sectors. We're a rapidly growing team with over 30 members across our offices in London, Cambridge, Bristol, and Dublin.

Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Corporate Finance team as a Graduate Programme participant. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a breadth of professional skills, including financial analysis, business planning, and transaction support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on industry trends, comparable companies, and relevant acquisitions
  • Compile potential buyer lists and target lists using various databases
  • Prepare financial analysis and support business plan modelling
  • Assist with writing marketing materials
  • Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Study towards your professional qualification, such as the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) certification
Requirements
  • Commitment to completing the ACA qualification on a Level 7 apprenticeship
  • Predicted 2:2 degree in any discipline
  • A Level: Minimum 112 UCAS points in top three A Levels (or equivalent), excluding General Studies
  • GCSE: Minimum Grade 5 (or equivalent), in English Language and Maths respectively
