About the Role

The Corporate Finance Partner will play a key role in driving business origination and growth at Bluebox Corporate Finance. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in M&A, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading client pitches, and managing multiple projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Origination: Proactively seek out client origination opportunities, attend networking events, and leverage your established network to drive business growth.
  • Client Pitching: Take a lead role in client pitches, ensuring that all opportunities are followed up appropriately and that clients receive exceptional service.
  • Project Management: Autonomously lead and run multiple projects and transactions from beginning to end, driving the transaction timetable and ensuring quality on all client deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and counsel Associate Directors and Directors, taking an active role in the development of the whole team.
  • Recruitment and Training: Take an active role in recruitment, training, and development of the Corporate Finance Team.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Be fully qualified (CA, ACCA, or equivalent) or part qualified with an appropriate level of practical experience, or have another relevant professional qualification or experience in a related industry.
  • Experience: Have 10+ years of experience working in M&A and/or financial due diligence.
  • Network and Communication: Have an established network of contacts and be willing to be actively involved in networking and business development.
  • Flexibility and Ownership: Demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and be able, and willing, to take ownership for your work.
