Global Banking and Advisory

Our Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) platform is a recognized wholesale coverage with world-class product, financing, and advisory expertise within one team. Job Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join our Power, Utilities & Infrastructure (PU&I) Corporate Finance team in London. The successful candidate will be involved in M&A, ECM execution, and close cooperation with and contribution into financing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in origination and execution of corporate finance deals across the power, utilities, and infrastructure sectors
  • Financial modelling and valuation
  • Help developing transaction structures/structured solutions and assist in deal analysis
  • Efficient supervision and training of interns
  • Respond to client enquiries and prepare supporting analyses
Requirements:
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding
  • Advanced financial modelling skills
  • Efficient and resourceful in data mining and information research
  • Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
