About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded, proactive individual to join our M&A origination team at Connect Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mapping and researching markets relevant to a client's acquisition criteria, utilizing industry knowledge and market trends.
  • Preparing M&A prospect reports highlighting key characteristics, including financial, strategic, and competitor analysis.
  • Leading the outreach to prospective targets, supporting the lead advisor throughout the acquisition process.
  • Maintaining databases to support overall business performance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conducting individual company analysis and research of selected target companies, including financial, strategic, and competitor analysis.
Requirements
  • Evidence of academic achievement – a degree is strongly preferred.
  • To be considered, you must be of graduate calibre with strong commercial skills and a proven track record in M&A origination.
