  • We seek a skilled professional to join our Corporate Finance team and leverage their expertise and insights to contribute to the success of Goldman Sachs.

Our Global Industrials Division provides advisory services to clients on a variety of financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, joint ventures, restructurings, and strategic investments.

Key sectors within Industrials encompass, but are not limited to, Aerospace & Defense, Diversified Industrials, Building Materials, Paper & Packaging, Automotive, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, and Transportation & Logistics.

Our Associates play a crucial role in cultivating and enhancing our client relationships, participating in advisory teams, and structuring and executing a comprehensive range of financial transactions.

Their responsibilities include developing and analyzing financial models, organizing and preparing client presentations, managing transaction processes, and assisting in the structuring of deals.

Associates will gain exposure to the firm's operations and broaden their understanding of the corporate finance sector while honing essential analytical, communication, and marketing skills.


Associates create financial models, conduct tailored company valuation analyses, and are actively engaged in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions as well as fixed income and equity offerings.

They prepare presentations that elucidate industry trends, evaluate clients' circumstances to provide necessary financial guidance, and propose strategies to achieve client objectives.

Furthermore, Associates coordinate teams of tax consultants, legal advisors, and bankers for various transactions; lead due diligence efforts, and actively engage in the negotiation of legal agreements.

From maintaining client communication to assisting Goldman Sachs in structuring client transactions, our Associates are an integral part of Goldman Sachs' corporate finance team's endeavors.


Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate finance or a related field.
Proven track record of exceptional academic and professional accomplishments.
