We are a top-tier corporate finance firm seeking a performance-driven M&A Manager to join our team in London. As an M&A Manager at MP Corporate Finance GmbH, you will be responsible for executing Europe-wide M&A transactions, originating new business opportunities, and developing relationships with clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution: Drive the swift and precise execution of M&A transaction processes across various industries, helping clients achieve their strategic and financial objectives.
  • Origination: Market our services and support business development activities to develop new business opportunities.
  • Relationship: Lead dialogues with senior management, stakeholders, and investors, and develop relationships with clients worldwide.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and assistance to junior team members in the preparation of client presentations and financial analyses, and contribute to their ongoing development.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Education: Excellent academic credentials (Master's Degree) from a top university with demonstrated quantitative skills and a well-developed knowledge of financial concepts and accounting.
  • Work Experience: Significant M&A advisory experience (minimum 4-5 years) in the bulge bracket, boutique, or BIG 4 environment.
  • Personal Skills: Pro-active mindset, reasoned and structured thinking, analytical skills, ability to sell, financial acumen, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Skills: English and German (excellent writing and speaking skills are a MUST), a third language is desirable.
  • Right to Work in UK (Work sponsorship for this role will not be provided).
