Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Energy Specialist to join our customer operations team. As an Energy Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, owning the customer journey end-to-end, and consistently delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Own the customer experience, taking full responsibility for the customer's journey from start to finish.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve customer service.
