Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Assistant at Lidl, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Efficiently manage stock levels, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
* Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, advising customers on products and services

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail
