Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Interact with customers, taking orders and suggesting drinks in line with their preferences, showcasing a deep understanding of our menu offerings.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high cleaning standards, upholding the hotel's commitment to excellence.
  • Manage all bills and payments correctly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, showcasing expertise in mixology and customer preferences.
  • Be available to work when the team and customer needs dictate, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Support other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Useful Experience

  • Previous experience within the service industry, with a strong understanding of service standards and customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems such as Micros, with the ability to navigate and utilize technology effectively.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Personal experience of travel and the travel industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
