Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store standards, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and tidy store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and operating the tills
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and operational targets, supporting the store team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high store standards
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment

Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and store displays
