Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Efficiently manage stock levels, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.

- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
