**Job Title:** Customer Service Executive

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our team at Utility People Ltd. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer portfolios from onboarding to completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Set up customers on our internal CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare customers for tender, providing them with the necessary information and support.
  • Manage relationships with customers and suppliers, handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle Change of Tenancy (COT) requests, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
  • Resolve objections and terminations, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Manage meter installations and removals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Address MOP & DCDA-related cases, providing expert knowledge and support.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the energy market, preferably working for a utility supplier, brokerage, or consultancy.
  • Solid understanding of utility market account management processes, including contract terms, COT procedures, MOPs, and DCDAs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong self-discipline, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
