Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at One Retail. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food to our customers.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding areas.
• Process payments and handle customer transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Learn and implement new brewing methods and techniques to improve our beverage offerings.
• Check and maintain brewing equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
• Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image at all times.

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of brewing methods and techniques is an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a busy environment.
