About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Fresh Perspective Resourcing. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to multiple email inboxes, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-solve and liaise with clients, engineers, and team managers to resolve issues and book jobs.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system (CASH) accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with team managers and engineers daily to ensure tasks are complete and deadlines are met.
  • Deal with incoming communication from clients and engineers, taking and making calls as necessary.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, printing, and filing.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated and able to work independently, using initiative to drive results.
  • IT literate, with experience using CRM and MS Office software.
  • Reliable, organized, and hardworking, with good planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Positive, friendly, and helpful team member, acting as a company ambassador.
  • Ability to maintain and develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
