Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Energy Specialist to join our customer operations team. As an Energy Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, owning the customer journey end-to-end, and consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Own the customer experience, taking full responsibility for customer journeys and consistently delivering outstanding results.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and company policies to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.

  • A competitive salary of £24,195-£26,010 per annum, dependent on experience.
