Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Energy Specialist to join our customer operations team. As an Energy Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, owning the customer journey end-to-end, and consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Own the customer experience, taking full responsibility for customer journeys and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer queries
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
