Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Energy Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, owning the customer journey end-to-end, and consistently delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Empathize with customers, going above and beyond to ensure their problems are resolved with fantastic solutions
  • Think on your feet, using your initiative to make decisions and drive results
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer experiences
