Resident Liaison Officer

United Living Group is a leading infrastructure, construction, and property services company in the UK, dedicated to creating a connected, sustainable future. We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team.
About the Role:
As a vital member of our team, you will be a visible point of contact for customers, engaging through regular updates, meetings, and open days. You will ensure residents are aware of works processes and communicate updates / changes accordingly. In addition, you will coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare, ensuring works are completed satisfactorily and managing expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to residents, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and ensure a smooth transition of works.
- Communicate updates and changes to residents through regular updates, meetings, and open days.
- Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including residents, clients, and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contractor or client-side resident liaison / community engagement role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations.
- Resilience under pressure and discretion in a public-facing role.
- UK driving licence and own car.
