About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to residents. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a visible point of contact, engaging with residents through various channels, including newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.

You will be responsible for ensuring residents are aware of the works processes and communicating updates and changes accordingly. Additionally, you will coordinate the handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare, ensuring works are completed satisfactorily and managing expectations between residents, the client, and our operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer who is a naturally excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. You will have a UK driving licence and own your car.

Previous experience in a contractor or client-side resident liaison/community engagement role, preferably within planned/reactive maintenance or asset management, is ideal.
