As a key member of the social housing refurbishment team, you will be responsible for building customer confidence and explaining all aspects of improvement work to tenants. Your duties will include making initial contact with tenants, identifying their needs, and communicating with them throughout the works programme. You will also be the link between the tenant and Site/Project Manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or Tenant Liaison Officer is essential.
