Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our Wates team within our Planned Maintenance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents on social housing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
  • Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement a consistent approach to customer care.
  • Manage the Tenant's Complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
  • Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect on-going works.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of internal and external programmes.
  • Excellent customer service and IT skills.
