At Marks Consulting Partners Limited, we are seeking a skilled Housing Officer - Resident Liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent, empathetic, and personal housing management service to residents in North London. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable to residents for providing an excellent housing management service.
  • Regular communication and meetings with residents to address their concerns and needs.
  • Managing void properties to be ready for let as quickly as possible.
  • Identifying support needs and effective partners to support tenants during the start of their tenancy.
  • Managing landlord repair requests through Workwise to ensure work is completed to residents' satisfaction.
  • Income Collection and debt management.
  • Rent and Service Charge Setting.
  • Inspecting the condition of each estate managed every month and taking necessary action to maintain a clean and tidy environment, reporting any hazards or risks.
