Resident Liaison Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our Housing Management team at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with residents to facilitate access for our surveyors as part of our two-year Stock Condition Survey (SCS) project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting residents to provide information and support regarding the SCS project
- Arranging access appointments for surveyors
- Working with the Asset Management Project Manager and Resident Liaison Manager to provide information and support to residents
- Maintaining health and safety requirements and arranging meetings as necessary
About You:
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to create and maintain constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have a strong understanding of social housing and customer service within a local government environment, as well as previous experience of engaging with residents.
