**Job Title:** Behavioural Support Specialist

Company Overview:

Educators Wales is seeking a skilled Behavioural Support Specialist to join their team from September 2024. As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering pastoral and learning support to learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support learners in accessing learning using appropriate strategies and resources
  • Provide pastoral and learning support to learners
  • Work under the guidance of the school leadership team and closely with staff across the school
  • Deliver the school's inclusion team strategy
  • Build positive relationships with learners and staff

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £29,269 - £32,076 per annum, SCP 18-12, pro rata. The working pattern is Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00 and Friday 08:00-15:30. The post offers a generous pension scheme, discounted Newport Live membership, and the Cycle to Work Scheme.
