**Job Summary:**

Join our team as a Learning and Behaviour Manager and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for learners. This role requires a patient, understanding, resilient, and caring individual with relevant work experience and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support learners in accessing learning using appropriate strategies and resources
  • Provide pastoral and learning support to learners
  • Work under the guidance of the school leadership team and closely with staff across the school
  • Deliver the school's inclusion team strategy
  • Build positive relationships with learners and staff

Benefits and Salary:

The salary for this position is £29,269 - £32,076 per annum, SCP 18-12, pro rata. Additionally, you will receive a generous pension scheme, discounted Newport Live membership, and the Cycle to Work Scheme.
