About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretary Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Group General Counsel team, you will provide administrative support to our UK-based company secretaries, covering for an absence from the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing board and committee meetings, maintaining statutory books and records, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as tracking correspondence and ensuring all matters are being attended to.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents, and assist the Company Secretary in preparing for board and committee meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate governance, IT skills, and the ability to operate in a complex environment. You will be a motivated team player who is delivery-focused, holds themselves to the highest standards, and is not afraid to suggest solutions to improve processes.
