Packaging Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Packaging Sales Account Manager to join our expanding online sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead identification to closure, and will work closely with designers and product teams to deliver world-class service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize lead conversion effectiveness
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and willingness to innovate and disrupt existing models
- Experience with inbound and outbound call campaigns
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in a similar role within an e-commerce merchant environment
- Experience working with large product scope databases and technical products
- Knowledge of the Packaging market and prior experience working for a Packaging merchant
