Job Summary:

The Desk-Based Account Manager will support our direct sales operations, managing a portfolio of clients and driving sales growth and account expansion. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for relationship management, sales development, and customer service in the telecommunications and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact for account inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned client portfolio, promoting Comms365's full range of services and solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing customer interactions, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and account details in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with other internal teams, including technical support, product, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships with clients over the phone or via email.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably ConnectWise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
