Sales and Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and driving sales growth through strategic business development and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue growth.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with clients, ensuring maximum profitability and value for Permanent Futures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to deliver support to key customers and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving sales growth, with a strong understanding of commercial negotiation and business development.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
