Packaging Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Packaging Sales Account Manager to join our expanding online sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead identification to closure, and will work closely with designers and product teams to find innovative solutions for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial drive, curiosity, and willingness to innovate and disrupt existing models. They will also have experience with inbound and outbound call campaigns, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a proven track record of success in a similar role within an e-commerce merchant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process from lead identification to closure
- Work closely with designers and product teams to find innovative solutions for customers
- Proactively reach potential customers through various channels
- Keep all customer information up to date on the database
- Optimise the sales process by focusing on lead conversion effectiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Align with the team's goal of delivering world-class service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Strong entrepreneurial drive, curiosity, and willingness to innovate and disrupt existing models
- Experience with inbound and outbound call campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in a similar role within an e-commerce merchant environment
- Experience working with large product scope databases, which require a high level of organisation
- Experience working with technical products and B2B customers
- Knowledge of the Packaging market, ideally with prior experience working for a Packaging merchant
