Job Title: Senior Care Operations Manager

At Standby Healthcare Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Care Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all staff, ensuring the home operates effectively while delivering an excellent quality of care. They will also be responsible for encouraging staff to continuously review their skills and knowledge, providing regular training and development opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage all staff to ensure effective operation of the home and delivery of high-quality care
* Encourage staff to continuously develop their skills and knowledge through training and development programs
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant laws and guidelines
* Manage medication and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes
* Conduct regular appraisals with staff and assist with recruitment processes

Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with active PIN
* Minimum 3 years' management experience in a nursing home setting
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and other relevant laws and guidelines

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
