About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Manager to lead our small residential care home in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is an excellent opportunity for you to make a real difference in the lives of older people while developing and mentoring a strong team.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support. Your leadership skills and ability to motivate your team will be crucial in creating a positive and inclusive environment.

You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home
  • Lead and manage a team of carers and support staff
  • Develop and implement effective care plans for residents
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

**What We Offer:**
