Job Title: Care Team Lead

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Job Description**
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for:
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care
  • Developing and implementing care policies and procedures
  • Mentoring and supervising Care Workers
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of NVQ/QCF Level 3 Award in Health and Social Care
  • Leadership experience in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
