Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
  • Support residents with their personal care needs, promoting dignity and respect at all times.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.

This role requires someone who is passionate about care and has experience working in a similar environment. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional care.

The salary for this role is £13.02 per hour (plus £2 p/h extra for overtime), making it a highly competitive offer.
