Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

About the Role

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals with their personal care and daily living needs
  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving
  • Conducting regular checks and monitoring individual health and wellbeing
  • Encouraging and supporting individuals to engage in social activities and hobbies
  • Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect
  • Maintaining accurate care records and contributing to ongoing assessments
