As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One - Kirkwood Court, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents. This role involves planning and implementing personalized care plans that promote dignity, security, and independence.

Your key responsibilities will include leading a team of Care Assistants, maintaining accurate records, and building strong relationships with your colleagues. You will also be involved in administering medication, providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. A background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia are essential.

Average salary £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, nutritious meals during shifts, company pension scheme, and access to GP online services.
