About The Role

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team. Your key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, building strong relationships with your team, and assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
