Nursing Home Operations Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Nursing Home Operations Manager to join our team in Newcastle. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the nursing home and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to residents.

  • Oversee the administration and management of the nursing home, including staff supervision and development.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.

Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

  1. Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure effective team working.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services provided to residents.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nursing home management.
